In the newest edition of Albert Gray’s The Common Denominator of Success, the book explains that since the original speech was given in 1940, and subsequently turned into a best-selling book, decades of scientific research has now proven that the true common denominator of success is actually territory. The new edition of the book also dedicates a newly written chapter to the importance of luck and good timing.
